1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We back the Master PLR Package with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If — for any reason — you decide the Program isn't for you within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll refund 100% of what you paid.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@mg.horizonmarketingessentials.com from the same address you used at checkout.
- Subject line: "Refund Request".
- Include the order date and the email/name on the order.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
3. After 30 Days
Requests received after the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Submit a request anyway — we read every email.
4. Resold / Sub-Licensed Products
If you resold the Master PLR Package or any included assets to a third party using your included resell-rights license, you may still request a refund for your own purchase. However, buyers of products you sold under PLR are your customers — we cannot refund them on your behalf.
5. Chargebacks
Please reach out before filing a chargeback. 99% of disputes are resolved instantly via email. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress voids the guarantee and forfeits your access to the Program.
